Links-to-Gambling: The domain name “links-to-gambling.com”, URL (uniform resource locator), website, material, content, intellectual property, systems and staff associated with links-to-gambling.com

Visitor: Individual or entity that accesses Links-to-Gambling in any way.

Webmaster: Individual or entity that registers one or more websites at Links-to-Gambling.

Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to Visitor's use of Links-to-Gambling. If this agreement is terminated, then Visitor's use of Links-to-Gambling becomes null and void.

This Agreement becomes applicable when Visitor accesses Links-to-Gambling. Visitor is also a Webmaster if Visitor successfully registers one or more websites at Links-to-Gambling.

The information available through Links-to-Gambling is not warranted to be true, correct or accurate in any way.
 
Links-to-Gambling is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of information and facilities available at or via Links-to-Gambling.

It is the Visitor's responsibility to determine if it is legal for the Vistor to access Links-to-Gambling or to make use of the information, content, products or services available via the same.

We encourage Visitors interested in websites linked via or through Links-to-Gambling, to evaluate those Websites for themselves.

Webmaster declares that Webmaster is fit to participate in this program.

Webmaster represents and warrants that the Webmaster's Site does not in any way violate any global or regional law or regulation, does not infringe on copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or the intellectual property rights of any party, does not breach any rights of any person or entity, including, without limitation, rights pertaining to privacy or publicity, does not make use of false or misleading information, does not contain material, information or activity which may be in any way fraudulent, does not promote any form of violence, hatred, discrimination based on, but not limited to race, sex, religion, nationality, age, disability, sexual orientation, does not contain slander, defamatory information, does not threaten, harm, damage or injur, does not breach any legal contract.

Links-to-Gambling does not monitor information posted at Links-to-Gambling or information directly or indirectly linked to the same.

Nothing in this program or Webmaster Agreement creates a business relationship between Links-to-Gambling and the Webmaster.

Links-to-Gambling is free to offer this opportunity to other Webmasters.

Webmaster agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Links-to-Gambling and any and all of its licensors, licensees, information providers, consultants, agents, contractors, affiliates, advertisers, associates, attorneys and employees from any and all liabilities, expenses and costs, including, without any limitation, attorney fees, that the Webmaster may incur as a result of or in connection with Webmaster’s participation in this program.

Webmaster agrees to fully compensate Links-to-Gambling and any related party, for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of Webmaster’s conduct.

Links-to-Gambling offers this program on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. Links-to-Gambling does not guarantee this program will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

If you are dissatisfied with Links-to-Gambling, your only recourse is to terminate your Links-to-Gambling account. You may terminate your account by writing an e-mail message and forwarding it to admin@links-to-gambling.com

Any Webmaster who breaches this Agreement will be expelled from this program.

Links-to-Gambling’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

Either Links-to-Gambling or Webmaster may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

This Agreement may change at any time. Changes will be posted at the Links-to-Gambling website. All Webmasters will immediately be subject to the modified Agreement.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this Agreement.

This Agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by Links-to-Gambling.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT Australia. Webmaster hereby submits to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT Australia law.
